Here’s what we did

This Howard County homeowner’s goal was to remove the wall separating living space from the kitchen to create an open concept that would allow room for a large island. 
The customer received a proposal with full renderings of all elements and a 3D video to see the project come to life. Over the 4-week remodeling time, all flooring was replaced with wide-plank oak to create a seamless flow. The dated bulkhead was removed to allow new soft-close cabinets to run to the ceiling accented by a herringbone backsplash. Custom undercabinet lights, island pendants and quartz countertops were installed as well as all new appliances. French doors leading to the deck and garage were also replaced.
