Chris Coats
Owner
Chris has numerous years of professional remodeling experience, and as the owner of Maryland Renovations and More, he is responsible for project management, design and build. He provides the creative vision and attention to detail that bring every client’s project to life while managing staff and materials to maximize their budget. Chris personally oversees every client’s project from beginning to end and is often working side-by-side with his crew.
James Wade
Project Manager/Flooring Expert
Well versed in flooring installation, James is also an expert in custom area rug binding. He has more than 15 years of experience in rug, wood, luxury vinyl plank and tile installation. James is also responsible for ensuring every renovation and construction project runs smoothly and on schedule.
Gary Radford
Assistant Project Manager
Gary has extensive experience in roofing repair and replacement as well as commercial and residential concrete work. He is also skilled in framing and drywall. With over 15 years of experience in customer relations and sales, Gary works closely with our customers to coordinate their work and provide solutions that meet their renovation and construction needs.
Brady Phillips
Sales Associate
Brady is a member of the sales team and has over five years of experience in sales. He specialized in roofing, windows, doors and siding.
Jeff Coats
Design-Build Specialist
With over 35 years in the Maryland construction and renovation industry, Jeff’s design-build experience in home renovations is robust. Jeff has a keen eye for reworking space and designs renderings that bring the vision of the renovation to life for clients. He is creative in maximizing the space and pairing the function of the space with client needs and expectations.
Ramsey Williams
Team Member
Ramsey provides assistance with general project and handyman support as well as custom flooring installation.
Julian Dawson
Master Electrician
Julian has more than 10 years of electrical experience. He is highly skilled in all facets of electrical installation to include: custom under-cabinet LED lighting and recessed lights; sub-panel, home run and heavy-up; underground lighting and exterior building runs.
Donald “Donnie” Friis
Team Member/Carpentry
Donnie is a master carpenter with more than 35 years of experience in the construction trade. In addition to expert carpentry, Donnie is skilled in tiling, painting and drywall as well as installation of doors and windows.
Joel Dawson
Team Member/Plumbing and Carpentry
With more than 20 years of experience in kitchen and bathroom plumbing, Joel provides unique, custom carpentry and design, and tile work that give your project the “wow” factor. He is also skilled in door and window installation.
Steve Brenneman
Team Member/Customer Relations
Steve is skilled in general carpentry, painting and drywall. He also supports our customer relations and manages new customer requests and changes in orders.
